Hey Thomas and Mandy,
I just wanted to take some time out to thank you for helping me with finally attaining my mortgage. I just signed the closing documents today.
I learned a lot through this experience, and while there were some unexpected bumps in the process, the patience you two showed in guiding me is something I'll not soon forget. I'll make sure to tell everyone I know that is looking for a mortgage about you two and I'll be sure to knock on your door in the future myself.

I wanted to thank you so much for making a long time dream come true, something I didn't think was ever going to be possible, but you and Mandy made it happen! And for that I will forever be grateful! I look forward to future endeavors now that I have confidence that you both really have done the absolute best and will always strive to do so. I can't help but smile when I see that I really did get the best deal in town.
